The position duties include: taking leads from sellers, researching and performing due diligence on residential properties, presenting offers, negotiating contracts, deal processing, leading other acquisition team members, reporting key metrics, continuous improvement training and managing our pipeline of acquisitions.

Key skills required:
Technical Skills: Highly efficient with Google Docs, all Microsoft Office Applications, and familiar with CRM systems.
People Person: Candidates must fit in with company culture and add value through their insights and experience. Candidates must be great at closing sales, relentless with following up on leads, be very skilled at managing time and prioritize work, and have a passion to perfect their craft and become sales beasts!

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sellers and all levels of company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of your peer-to-peer communications. Spanish speakers are an absolute plus!

Management: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in sales or a like-type industry – but that’s not required; Must have a willingness and desire to take ownership; Must able to take direction AND work independent of management.
Preferred: In order for you to use the tools and skills taught to you it is preferred you have specific experience in the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Negotiation, Closing Sales and Sales Management. Please also have a personal vehicle you don’t mind putting some miles on as this job requires travel to numerous leads within the San Antonio and surrounding areas to view houses.
Salary: This position is a salary plus commission based – primarily commission. You will NOT have to prospect for leads. All the leads will be given to you. You just have to close them! We are looking for someone who wants to grow and become a high 6-figure earner. If you don’t want to do what it takes to earn 6 figures don’t apply.
